AI Strategy & Implementation
Workflow Analysis Process
A structured way to find where AI, automation, or simply a better process will pay off, and to prove it with a small pilot before you scale.
Who it’s for
Leaders who know AI could help but aren't sure where to start, and teams buried in repetitive, time-consuming, or error-prone work.
Offerings
- 1. PrepareA short questionnaire before we meet: your goals, the tasks that take the most time, the systems and data involved, and the risks. "Unknown" is an acceptable answer.
- 2. DiscoverA 90-minute working session with your sponsor, process owners, frontline staff, and IT. We walk through two or three real workflows from start to finished output, and capture how often they happen, how long they take, and how often they need rework.
- 3. AnalyzeBetween meetings, we validate the evidence and build a shortlist, comparing AI with features you already own, ordinary automation, and simply removing steps.
- 4. DecideA second 90-minute session to choose one or two bounded pilots, each with an owner, a budget, safeguards, and success measures agreed up front.
- 5. ActA 30/60/90-day action plan with owners and dates. We run the pilot, measure it against the baseline, and decide together to scale it, revise it, or stop.
How we make it awesome
AI isn't always the answer. Sometimes the right fix is a feature you already pay for, a simple automation, or a step that shouldn't exist at all. We don't optimize something that shouldn't be in your process.
Safeguards are part of every step, not an afterthought. We look at what sensitive information the work touches, what your contracts and regulations allow, what an incorrect output would cost, and which actions must always have a person's approval.
We measure before we change anything, so the results are real: minutes saved per item, errors avoided, and hours your team gets back.
What you walk away with
- Your highest-value workflows, mapped, with today's time and quality as the baseline
- A prioritized list of opportunities, each marked start now, prepare first, or defer, with the reasons
- A pilot charter: scope, owner, budget cap, safeguards, success measures, and when to scale or stop
- A 30/60/90-day action plan with owners and dates
We estimate value as hours freed for your team, not as guaranteed savings, and we help you decide how that time is best used.
