The people and processes behind your IT experience

Your organization

Leadership, employees, business objectives

We answer the phone, and own the follow-up

We answer the phone and work toward giving you a quick, fast, friendly, and complete experience.

When we cannot immediately resolve an issue, often because we need to work with a third party such as your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or a software vendor, we follow up and own the resolution. You've got a business to run and a job to do. We'll run down the details for you.

We use ticketing and reporting responsibly

We have tickets to track things, of course; however we use these tools to document the details and to measure our performance -- not hide behind them.

We train our team, and yours

We train our team, and we make training available to our clients, too.

Fixed once, fixed for good

Once we have a resolution, we share it with you and with our team, and we look for proactive ways to make sure the issue is fixed for good.

Minimal surprises

We meet with our clients on a regular cadence to review our progress, because we want to reduce surprises.

You should know when you need to take important actions, such as equipment or software upgrades. You should know when your cloud or AI budgets are in danger of being exceeded.

Likewise, we want to know what's happening in your business. Are you growing? Opening a new office? Reorganizing? The goal is no surprises, because no one likes surprises in business.

Transparent and predictable pricing

You know what is "included" in your support agreement and when something requires additional payment.

What we learn in one industry improves every client

We serve clients across many industries. Specialization has its benefits, but information technology changes quickly, just like many of the businesses we serve. We often learn how to improve one client's experience from a lesson learned in a completely different industry.

For example, not every industry is regulated by compliance requirements. But what we learn and apply for our HIPAA, CMMC, and FINRA clients benefits the clients who have no such requirement.

We hold ourselves to it

We meet internally on a consistent schedule to review our team's performance, important updates impacting our clients and team members, and where we have opportunities to improve. Then we set realistic goals for ourselves to keep improving how we deliver Predictably Awesome IT Experiences® to our clients.

We invite the feedback

Delivering an Awesome experience, day in and day out, is not easy. If you're not loving what you're receiving, we invite the feedback. Accountability and stress (not anxiety!) make the world go round. Bring it on!
