Health Insurance Premiums Haunting You? Who Ya Gonna Call?

Health insurance premiums at a partner firm went through the roof. Like doubled or more. Just crazy.

The company is setup with a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) and consequently has little control over their benefit options. In case you're not familiar, PEO's market themselves as outsourced everything, including payroll, benefits, hr training, etc. When it works, it is great. When it doesn't, well you've seen this movie before.

When we hear anyone say they have challenges with health insurance, I call Phil with Broad Reach Benefits. Long story short, Phil is making it happen. Come January 1st, sanity returns. Referral well played.
