Challenge

A leadership consulting team which offers executive coaching to Fortune 100 and global organizations owns and operates a number of online assessment tools. They sought out a strategic partner to assist with additional programming and support options for their platform to capitalize on new market opportunities.

Solution

navitend evaluated the software related to the online assessment and mapped out a path to strategically and cost effectively add functionality over time while also reducing some of the ongoing operational expenses related to its operation.

Result

navitend has both added new functionality to the management of the online assessment tool and continues to support the delivery of this tool on a global basis. navitend has enhanced the platform to included additional languages to meet the growing international interest in the platform.
