Help Wanted

The job you are applying for would initially be to answer all incoming phone calls and provide a positive first interaction for our client, remembering that often their day is not going as expected.

You will enter tickets in our ticketing system and let the client know when we will be getting back to them.

In this role you would also become familiar with the tools we use to service our clients’ computers and networks.

Duties Include:

- Checking backups

- Resetting passwords

- Creating user accounts,

- And More

 

This is an hourly position with the opportunity to become a full-time, salaried position, depending on performance and company needs.

navitend provides both on-site and remote support to our clients in the greater NJ/NY/PA metro areas. We support our clients’ desktops, servers, network infrastructures, mobile devices, e-mail systems, hosted cloud applications, business applications, VoIP phone systems, and more.

Not required but helpful:

- Industry Certifications (CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security)

- A current or future degree in Information Technology

- Experience in troubleshooting

 

Job Specifics:

- Regular hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00

- Business casual (no sweatpants!)

- Paid time off (Once moved to the full-timed salaried position)

- Need valid driver license (clean driving history) and reliable transportation
