Enable the Menu-bar in Windows 7

In Windows 7, Microsoft removed the menu-bar that included the File, Edit, View, Tools, and Help buttons from the top of the file explorer window. This is the window used when viewing the files and folders on a computer. FollowAlong with these steps to re-enable it permanently.

  1. Open a folder in Windows Explorer
  2. Click the Organize drop-down from the upper-left area of the window
  3. Drag your mouse over Layout and choose Menu bar from the list that appears
